Blink Better Began With a Feeling
Blink Better didn’t begin as a clinic.
It began as a feeling.
A feeling every time a patient shared that their eyes burned, ached, or felt tired, no matter what they tried.
A feeling every time Dr. Goyal saw someone pushing through work, motherhood, or daily life while quietly struggling with constant eye discomfort.
A feeling that eye care could – and should – be better.
Over the years, Dr. Goyal refined her clinical expertise and gained invaluable experience. But more importantly she learned what truly mattered to patients:

Optometrist & Founder
Her approach blends evidence-based clinical care with a deep sense of empathy. The kind that helps patients feel seen, heard, and supported.
After years of working as an associate optometrist, Dr.Goyal envisioned a practice where patients wouldn’t feel rushed, where care is individualized and advanced technology is supported.
That vision became Blink Better Optometry, proudly located in Burlington, Ontario.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Goyal can often be found rink-side, cheering on her two hockey-loving children, supported by her husband and family.
